Farming is more than a profession—it’s a way of life that comes with unique challenges, pressures, and rewards. This workshop goes beyond resilience to explore strategies for farmer well-being, including mental health care, community support, and systemic solutions. Cultivemos, a collaborative led by the National Young Farmers Coalition, is dedicated to advancing the well-being of agricultural producers, workers, and their families. With a focus on accessible, cultural competency, and effective mental health resources, Cultivemos works to improve behavioral health awareness, literacy, and outcomes in the Northeast’s farming communities. Our Spanish-led approach emphasizes language justice and inclusivity, ensuring support for every agricultural worker, no matter their background. Join us as we discuss practical tools, community collaboration, and ways to cultivate long-term well-being so farmers can emerge from challenges stronger, more equipped, and deeply connected to a supportive community. Note: Please be advised that some of the topics discussed in this webinar may be sensitive in nature and could evoke strong emotional responses. We understand that discussions around mental health can be triggering, and we encourage you to participate at your own comfort level.
